Our Aviation Project Manager is well known and respected authority on aviation veneers throughout the aircraft interiors industry, with over 12 years of experience in working with various designers, aircraft cabinetry, owners and aviation firms. Projects include JetStar, Citations, Beech Jet aircraft – from small and midsize private planes to large projects involving Air Force I; the Brunei projects, Raytheon –Global; and Penta Aviation.
Flexwood® Air is a custom manufactured aircraft product from special logs chosen by the end customer and is the answer to designer/cabinet shop needs when blue print matching, mapping, material thickness, weight reduction or the ability to handle certain radius and curves are at issue.

Capability
Our manufacturing facilities are well equipped with machinery and personnel to meet the demands of our customers who require the highest quality of laminating veneers. Flexwood® Air is a fire treated and pre-sanded product available with various backers. 10mil paperback, 2-ply Wood Over Wood or the more common 3-ply wood backer and 5 ply wood backer. Capability to meet cut to size or standard size requirements.
